Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Finance, pursuant to subsection 7(2) of the Federal-Provincial Fiscal Arrangements Act, hereby approves that the Minister of Finance, on behalf of the Government of Canada, enter into agreements to amend the Tax Collection Agreements with the government of each of Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Manitoba, British Columbia, Prince Edward Island, Saskatchewan, Alberta, Newfoundland and Labrador, Yukon and Nunavut, each of which is to be substantially in accordance with the annexed draft agreements set out in Schedules 1 to 10, respectively.

Sur recommandation du ministre des Finances et en vertu du paragraphe 7(2) de la Loi sur les arrangements fiscaux entre le gouvernement fédéral et les provinces, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil approuve la conclusion par le ministre des Finances, au nom du gouvernement du Canada, des Accords visant à modifier les accords de perception fiscale avec chacun des gouvernements de la Nouvelle-Écosse, du Nouveau-Brunswick, du Manitoba, de la Colombie-Britannique, de l’Île-du-Prince-Édouard, de la Saskatchewan, de l’Alberta, de Terre-Neuve-et-Labrador, du Yukon et du Nunavut, lesquels accords sont conformes en substance aux projets d’accord ci-joints figurant respectivement aux annexes 1 à 10.
