Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of the Environment, pursuant to sections 16 and 17 of the Canada National Parks Act, hereby makes the annexed Regulations Amending Certain Regulations Made Under the Canada National Parks Act (Miscellaneous Program).
