Sur recommandation du ministre de la Justice, le Comité du Conseil privé recommande que

l’honorable Lynne C. Leitch, juge principale régionale de la Cour supérieure de justice de l’Ontario pour la région

sud-ouest, soit nommée juge de la Cour supérieure de justice de l’Ontario, et juge d’office de la Cour d’appel de l’Ontario.

The Committee of the Privy Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Justice, advises that the Honourable Lynne C. Leitch, Regional Senior Judge of the Superior Court of Justice in and for the Province of Ontario for the Southwest Region, be appointed a Judge of the Superior Court of Justice in and for the Province of Ontario, and a Judge ex officio of the Court of Appeal for Ontario.
