Sur recommandation du ministre de la Justice et du ministre des Affaires indiennes et du Nord canadien et en vertu des paragraphes 6(3) et 7(1) de la Loi sur le Tribunal des revendications particulières, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme l’honorable Johanne Mainville - juge de la Cour supérieure du Québec - membre du Tribunal des revendications particulières pour un mandat d’un an.

Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Justice and the Minister of Indian Affairs and Northern Development, pursuant to subsections 6(3) and 7(1) of the Specific Claims Tribunal Act, hereby appoints the Honourable Johanne Mainville, a Judge of the Superior Court of Quebec, to be a member of the Specific Claims Tribunal for a term of one year.
