Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Foreign Affairs, hereby authorizes the Minister of Foreign Affairs to ratify, on behalf of Canada, the Convention between Canada and the Hellenic Republic for the Avoidance of Double Taxation and the Prevention of Fiscal Evasion with respect to Taxes on Income and on Capital.

Sur recommandation du ministre des Affaires étrangères, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil autorise celui-ci à ratifier, au nom du Canada, la Convention entre le Canada et la République hellénique en vue d’éviter les doubles impositions et de prévenir l’évasion fiscale en matière d’impôts sur le revenu et sur la fortune.
