Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Public Safety and Emergency Preparedness, pursuant to subsection 105(6) and section 156 of the Corrections and Conditional Release Act, hereby makes the annexed Regulations Amending the Corrections and Conditional Release Regulations.

Sur recommandation du ministre de la Sécurité publique et de la Protection civile et en vertu du paragraphe 105(6) et de l’article 156 de la Loi sur le système correctionnel et la mise en liberté sous condition, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil prend le Règlement modifiant le Règlement sur le système correctionnel et la mise en liberté sous condition, ci-après.
