   Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, hereby fixes the salary and employment conditions of Suzanne Tining, Deputy Minister of Veterans Affairs, as set out in the annexed schedule, which salary is within the range ($206,700 - $243,200), effective December 1, 2009.

   Sur recommandation du premier ministre, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil fixe le traitement et les conditions d’emploi de Suzanne Tining, sous-ministre des Anciens Combattants, conformément à l’annexe ci-jointe, lequel traitement s’établit à l’intérieur de l’échelle (206 700 $ - 243 200 $), à compter du 1^er décembre 2009.
