Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport and the Treasury Board, pursuant to subsections 122(1) and (6) of the Financial Administration Act, hereby approves the amendment to the corporate plan of Canada Lands Company Limited for the planning period commencing on April 1, 2009 and ending on March 31, 2014.

Sur recommandation du ministre des Transports, et du Conseil du Trésor, et en vertu des paragraphes 122(1) et (6) de la Loi sur la gestion des finances publiques, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil approuve la modification du plan d’entreprise de la Société immobilière du Canada limitée pour la période de planification commençant le 1^er avril 2009 et se terminant le 31 mars 2014.
