   Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Finance, pursuant to section 105 of the Financial Administration Act, hereby approves the appointment by the Minister of Finance of John Hillyard of St. John’s, Newfoundland and Labrador, as a director of the Canada Development Investment Corporation to hold office during pleasure for a term of four years.

   Sur recommandation du ministre des Finances et en vertu de l'article 105 de la Loi sur la gestion des finances publiques, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil approuve la nomination par le ministre des Finances de John Hillyard, de St. John’s (Terre-Neuve-et-Labrador), administrateur de la Corporation de développement des investissements du Canada, à titre amovible, pour un mandat de quatre ans.
