   Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Industry, pursuant to paragraph 3(2)(b) and subsection 5(2) of the Competition Tribunal Act, hereby appoints Keith C. Montgomery of Bracebridge, Ontario, to be a member of the Competition Tribunal to hold office during good behavior for a term of seven years.
