   Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to Order in Council P.C. 2007-281 of March 2, 2007, hereby re-appoints Jean-Guy Soulière of Ottawa, Ontario, as a member of the National Seniors Council, to hold office during pleasure for a term of three years, effective March 5, 2010.
