   Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Foreign Affairs, pursuant to Vote No. 1 (Foreign Affairs and International Trade) of Appropriation Act No. 2, 2009-10, hereby reappoints Roger L. Lande as Honorary Consul of Canada at Des Moines, Iowa, United States of America, for a period of three years, effective December 6, 2009, and fixes his honorarium at the rate set out in the annexed schedule, which honorarium is within the range ($22,000 - $27,000), such appointment to be terminated by either the Minister of Foreign Affairs or Roger L. Lande, giving the other party a sixty-day written notice.

   Sur recommandation du ministre des Affaires étrangères et en vertu du crédit n^o 1 (Affaires étrangères et Commerce international) de la Loi de crédits n^o 2 pour 2009-2010, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme de nouveau Roger L. Lande au poste de consul honoraire du Canada à Des Moines, Iowa (États-Unis d’Amérique), pour une période de trois ans, à compter du 6 décembre 2009, et fixe ses honoraires au taux figurant à l'annexe ci-jointe, lesquels honoraires se situent dans l'échelle (22 000 $ - 27 000 $). Le ministre des Affaires étrangères ou Roger L. Lande peuvent mettre fin à la nomination en remettant un avis écrit de soixante jours à l'autre partie.
