   Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Labour, after consultation with the organizations representative of employers, hereby:

 (a)  pursuant to paragraph 9(2)(c) and subsection 10(2) of the Canada Labour Code, appoints David Paul Olsen of Kanata, Ontario, to be a full-time member of the Canada Industrial Relations Board, to hold office during good behaviour for a term of three years;

 (b)  pursuant to section 12.04 of the Canada Labour Code, fixes his employment conditions as set out in the annexed schedule; and

 (c)  pursuant to section 117 of the Canada Labour Code, orders that David Paul Olsen be deemed to be employed in the Public Service for the purposes of the Public Service Superannuation Act;

effective November 9, 2009.

   Sur recommandation de la ministre du Travail, après consultation des organisations représentant des employeurs, Son Excellence la Gouverneure général en conseil :

 a)  en vertu de l’alinéa 9(2)c) et du paragraphe 10(2) du Code canadien du travail, nomme David Paul Olsen, de Kanata (Ontario), membre à temps plein du Conseil canadien des relations industrielles, à titre inamovible pour un mandat de trois ans;

 b)  en vertu de l’article 12.04 du Code canadien du travail, fixe ses conditions d’emploi conformément à l’annexe ci-jointe;

 c)  en vertu de l’article 117 du Code canadien du travail, ordonne que David Paul Olsen soit réputé faire partie de la fonction publique pour l’application de la Loi sur la pension de la fonction publique;

à compter du 9 novembre 2009.
