Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Foreign Affairs, hereby authorizes the Minister of Foreign Affairs:

(a) to sign, on behalf of the Government of Canada, subject to ratification, the Administrative Agreement between the Government of Canada and the Government of Romania for the Application of the Agreement on Social Security between Canada and Romania; or

(b) to execute and issue an Instrument of Full Powers authorizing Diane Finley, Minister of Human Resources and Skills Development, or Janice Charette, Deputy Minister of Human Resources and Skills Development, or Philippe Beaulne, Ambassador of Canada to Romania, to sign, on behalf of the Government of Canada, subject to ratification, the Administrative Agreement between the Government of Canada and the Government of Romania for the Application of the Agreement on Social Security between Canada and Romania.

Sur recommandation du ministre des Affaires étrangères, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil autorise celui-ci :

a) soit à signer, au nom du gouvernement du Canada, sous réserve de ratification, l’Accord administratif entre le gouvernement du Canada et le gouvernement de la Roumanie pour l’application de l’Accord de sécurité sociale entre le Canada et la Roumanie;

b) soit à signer et à délivrer un instrument de pleins pouvoirs autorisant Diane Finley, ministre des Ressources humaines et du Développement des compétences, ou Janice Charette, sous-ministre des Ressources humaines et du Développement des compétences, ou Philippe Beaulne, ambassadeur du Canada auprès de la Roumanie, à signer, au nom du gouvernement du Canada, sous réserve de ratification, l’Accord administratif entre le gouvernement du Canada et le gouvernement de la Roumanie pour l’application de l’Accord de sécurité sociale entre le Canada et la Roumanie.
