Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Western Economic Diversification, pursuant to paragraph 6(1)(f) of the Western Economic Diversification Act, hereby approves that the Minister of Western Economic Diversification, on behalf of the Government of Canada, enter into the Canada-Manitoba Agreement on a Business Service Centre with the government of the Province of Manitoba, to jointly operate the Canada-Manitoba Business Service Centre in Winnipeg, Manitoba, which agreement is substantially in accordance with the annexed draft agreement.

Sur recommandation du ministre de la Diversification de l’économie de l’Ouest canadien et en vertu de l’alinéa 6(1)f) de la Loi sur la diversification de l’économie de l’Ouest canadien, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil approuve que le ministre de la Diversification de l’économie de l’Ouest conclue avec le Manitoba, au nom du Canada, l’Accord Canada-Manitoba sur un centre de services aux entreprises, lequel accord vise l’exploitation conjointe du Centre de services aux entreprises Canada-Manitoba situé à Winnipeg (Manitoba) et est conforme en substance au projet d’accord ci-joint.
