   Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Industry, pursuant to sections 3, 6 and 10 of the National Research Council Act, hereby re-appoints Howard Tennant of Lethbridge, Alberta, as a member of the National Research Council of Canada, to hold office during pleasure for a term of three years, effective October 30, 2009.

   Sur recommandation du ministre de l’Industrie et en vertu des articles 3, 6 et 10 de la Loi sur le Conseil national de recherches, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil renouvelle le mandat d’Howard Tennant, de Lethbridge (Alberta), conseiller du Conseil national de recherches du Canada, à titre amovible pour une période de trois ans, à compter du 30 octobre 2009.
