   Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Health, pursuant to subsections 26(4) and (5) of the Assisted Human Reproduction Act, hereby reappoints Suzanne Rozell Scorsone of Toronto, Ontario, as a member of the board of directors of the Assisted Human Reproduction Agency of Canada to hold office during pleasure for a term of three years, effective December 18, 2009.

   Sur recommandation de la ministre de la Santé et en vertu des paragraphes 26(4) et (5) de la Loi sur la procréation assistée, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil renouvelle le mandat de Suzanne Rozell Scorsone, de Toronto (Ontario), administratrice du conseil d’administration de l’Agence canadienne de contrôle de la procréation assistée, à titre amovible pour une période de trois ans, à compter du 18 décembre 2009.
