Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Foreign Affairs, hereby authorizes the Minister of Foreign Affairs:

(a) to sign, on behalf of the Government of Canada, subject to ratification, the Agreement between the Government of Canada and the Government of the Republic of South Africa regarding Mutual Assistance between their Customs Administrations; or

(b) to execute and issue an Instrument of Full Powers authorizing Adèle Dion, High Commissioner of Canada to the Republic of South Africa, or Stephen Rigby, President, Canada Border Services Agency, or Geoff White, Counsellor at the High Commission of Canada to South Africa, to sign, on behalf of the Government of Canada, subject to ratification, the Agreement between the Government of Canada and the Government of the Republic of South Africa regarding Mutual Assistance between their Customs Administrations.

Sur recommandation du ministre des Affaires étrangères, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil autorise celui-ci :

a) soit à signer, au nom du gouvernement du Canada, sous réserve de ratification, l’Accord entre le gouvernement du Canada et le gouvernement de la République d’Afrique du Sud concernant l’assistance mutuelle entre leurs administrations des douanes;

b) soit à signer et à délivrer un instrument de pleins pouvoirs autorisant Adèle Dion, haut-commissaire du Canada auprès de la République d’Afrique du Sud, Stephen Rigby, président, Agence des services frontaliers du Canada, ou Geoff White, conseiller au haut-commissariat du Canada auprès de l’Afrique du Sud, à signer, au nom du gouvernement du Canada, sous réserve de ratification, l’Accord entre le gouvernement du Canada et le gouvernement de la République d’Afrique du Sud concernant l’assistance mutuelle entre leurs administrations des douanes.
