Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Foreign Affairs, hereby authorizes the Minister of Foreign Affairs:

(a) to sign, on behalf of the Government of Canada, subject to ratification, the Agreement between Canada and the Republic of Slovenia Concerning Youth Mobility; or

(b) to execute and issue an Instrument of Full Powers authorizing Pierre Guimond, Ambassador of Canada to the Republic of Slovenia, or Colleen Swords, Assistant Deputy Minister, Europe, Middle East and Maghreb, to sign, on behalf of the Government of Canada, subject to ratification, the Agreement between Canada and the Republic of Slovenia Concerning Youth Mobility. 

Sur recommandation du ministre des Affaires étrangères, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil autorise celui-ci :

a) soit à signer, au nom du gouvernement du Canada, sous réserve de ratification, l’Accord entre le Canada et la République de Slovénie concernant la mobilité des jeunes;

b) soit à signer et à délivrer un instrument de pleins pouvoirs autorisant Pierre Guimond, ambassadeur du Canada auprès de la République de Slovénie, ou Colleen Swords, sous-ministre adjointe, Europe, Moyen-Orient et Maghreb, à signer, au nom du gouvernement du Canada, sous réserve de ratification, l’Accord entre le Canada et la République de Slovénie concernant la mobilité des jeunes.
