    Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to paragraph 127.1(1)(a) of the Public Service Employment Act, hereby appoints Andrea Lyon of Ashton, Ontario, to be Associate Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Agri-Food, to hold office during pleasure, and fixes her salary and other employment conditions as set out in the annexed schedule, which salary is within the range ($179,700 - $211,500), effective October 13, 2009.

   Sur recommandation du premier ministre et en vertu de l’alinéa 127.1(1)a) de la Loi sur l’emploi dans la fonction publique, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme Andrea Lyon, d’Ashton (Ontario), au poste de sous-ministre déléguée de l’Agriculture et de l’Agroalimentaire, à titre amovible, et fixe son traitement et autres conditions d’emploi conformément à l’annexe ci-jointe, lequel traitement se situe dans l’échelle (179 700 $ - 211 500 $), à compter du 13 octobre 2009.
