   Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of National Defence, pursuant to section 29.16 of the National Defence Act, hereby re-appoints Michael Auger of Kingston, Ontario, as a part-time member of the Canadian Forces Grievance Board, to hold office during good behaviour for a term of three years, effective September 15, 2009.

   Sur recommandation du ministre de la Défense nationale et en vertu de l’article 29.16 de la Loi sur la défense nationale, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil renouvelle le mandat de Michael Auger, de Kingston (Ontario), membre à temps partiel du Comité des griefs des Forces canadiennes, à titre inamovible, pour une période de trois ans, à compter du 15 septembre 2009.
