   Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport, in consultation with the classes of users mentioned in the letters patent, pursuant to paragraph 14(1)(d) and subsection 14(2) of the Canada Marine Act, hereby appoints Thomas J. Longworth of West Vancouver, British Columbia, to be a director of the Vancouver Fraser Port Authority, to hold office for a term of three years, in the place of Jack Matthews.

   Sur recommandation du ministre des Transports, en consultation avec les catégories d’utilisateurs mentionnés dans les lettres patentes, et en vertu de l’alinéa 14(1)d) et du paragraphe 14(2) de la Loi maritime du Canada, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme Thomas J. Longworth, de West Vancouver (Colombie-Britannique), administrateur de l’Administration portuaire de Vancouver Fraser, pour un mandat de trois ans, en remplacement de Jack Matthews.
