   Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Canadian Heritage, pursuant to sections 88, 89 and 92 of the Public Service Employment Act, hereby:

 (a)  appoints John A. Mooney of Ottawa, Ontario, to be a full-time permanent member of the Public Service Staffing Tribunal to hold office during good behaviour for a term of five years;

 (b)  designates John A. Mooney to be Vice-Chairperson of the Public Service Staffing Tribunal; and

 (c)  fixes his remuneration and employment conditions as set out in the annexed schedule, which remuneration is within the range ($110,400 - $129,900);

effective September 21, 2009.

   Sur recommandation du ministre du Patrimoine canadien et en vertu des articles 88, 89 et 92 de la Loi sur l’emploi dans la fonction publique, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil :

 a)  nomme John A. Mooney, d’Ottawa (Ontario), membre titulaire à temps plein du Tribunal de la dotation de la fonction publique à titre inamovible pour un mandat de cinq ans;

 b)  désigne John A. Mooney, vice-président du Tribunal de la dotation de la fonction publique;

 c)  fixe sa rémunération et autres conditions d’emploi conformément à l’annexe ci-jointe, laquelle rémunération se situe dans l’échelle (110 400 $ - 129 900 $);

à compter du 21 septembre 2009.
