   Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Citizenship and Immigration, pursuant to subsection 153(2) of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act, hereby designates Robert Néron of Ottawa, Ontario, a full-time member of the Immigration and Refugee Board (Montréal Regional Office), to be Assistant Deputy Chairperson of the Immigration and Refugee Board (Montréal Regional Office), to hold office during good behaviour for a term ending November 26, 2010.

   Sur recommandation du ministre de la Citoyenneté et de l’Immigration et en vertu du paragraphe 153(2) de la Loi sur l’immigration et la protection des réfugiés, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil choisit Robert Néron, d’Ottawa (Ontario), commissaire à temps plein de la Commission de l’immigration et du statut de réfugié (Bureau régional de Montréal), comme vice-président adjoint de la Commission de l’immigration et du statut de réfugié (Bureau régional de Montréal), à titre inamovible, pour un mandat se terminant le 26 novembre 2010.
