   Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Industry, pursuant to section 3 and subsections 5(2) and (3) of the Natural Sciences and Engineering Research Council Act, hereby re-appoints Christopher Essex of London, Ontario, as a member of the Natural Sciences and Engineering Research Council, to hold office during pleasure for a term of three years, effective October 30, 2009.

   Sur recommandation du ministre de l’Industrie et en vertu de l’article 3 et des paragraphes 5(2) et (3) de la Loi sur le Conseil de recherches en sciences naturelles et en génie, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil renouvelle le mandat de Christopher Essex, de London (Ontario), conseiller du Conseil de recherches en sciences naturelles et en génie, à titre amovible pour une période de trois ans, à compter du 30 octobre 2009.
