Sur recommandation du ministre de la Justice, le Comité du Conseil privé recommande que

l’honorable Guy Gagnon, juge de la Cour provinciale dans la province de Québec, soit nommé juge de la Cour d’appel de la province de Québec, avec résidence sur le territoire de la ville de Québec ou dans son voisinage immédiat, à compter

du 27 septembre 2009.

The Committee of the Privy Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Justice, advises that the Honourable Guy Gagnon, a Provincial Court Judge in the Province of Quebec, be appointed a Puisne Judge of the Court of Appeal of the Province of Quebec, with residence in the territory of or in the immediate vicinity of Ville de Québec, effective September 27, 2009.
