The Committee of the Privy Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Justice, advises that

Robert A. Dewar, of the City of Winnipeg in the Province of Manitoba, one of Her Majesty’s Counsel learned in the law, be appointed a Judge of Her Majesty’s Court of Queen’s Bench for Manitoba.
