The Committee of the Privy Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Justice, advises that the Honourable Holly C. Beard, a Judge of Her Majesty’s Court of Queen’s Bench for Manitoba, be appointed a Judge of Appeal of the Court of Appeal for Manitoba, and a Judge ex officio of Her Majesty’s Court of Queen’s Bench for Manitoba.
