Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Justice, pursuant to subsection 33(1) of the Nunavut Act, hereby appoints the following persons, each of whom is or has been a judge of a superior, county or district court of a province, to be deputy judges of the Nunavut Court of Justice who shall hold office during good behaviour until attaining the age of seventy-five years:

(a)  the Honourable Mr. Justice Vital O. Ouellette

(b)  the Honourable Madam Justice Marsha C. Erb

(c)  the Honourable Mr. Justice Bryan E. Mahoney

(d)  the Honourable Mr. Justice John J. Gill

(e)  the Honourable Mr. Justice Stephen D. Hillier

(f)  the Honourable Mr. Justice Adam W. Germain

(g)  the Honourable Madam Justice Constance D. Hunt

(h)  the Honourable Mr. Justice J. Keith Bracken

(i)  the Honourable Mr. Justice Randall S.K. Wong

(j)  the Honourable Madam Justice Joan G. McKelvey

(k)  the Honourable Mr. Justice Alan C.R. Whitten

(l)  the Honourable Mr. Justice Todd Ducharme

(m)  the Honourable Mr. Justice Joseph M. Donohue

Sur recommandation du ministre de la Justice et en vertu du paragraphe 33(1) de la Loi sur le Nunavut, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme les personnes ci-après, chacune étant ou ayant été juge d’une cour supérieure, de comté ou de district d’une province, juges adjoints de la Cour de justice du Nunavut, à titre inamovible et jusqu’à ce qu’elles atteignent l’âge de soixante-quinze ans :
