Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to sections 26 and 28 of the Canada Revenue Agency Act, hereby appoints Lyse Ricard of Gatineau, Quebec, to be Deputy Commissioner of Revenue, to hold office during pleasure, for a term of five years, and fixes her salary and other employment conditions as set out in the annexed schedule, which salary is within the range ($179,700 - $211,500), effective September 25, 2009.

Sur recommandation du premier ministre et en vertu des articles 26 et 28 de la Loi sur l’Agence du revenu du Canada, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme Lyse Ricard, de Gatineau (Québec), au poste de commissaire déléguée du revenu, à titre amovible, pour un mandat de cinq ans, et fixe son traitement et autres conditions d’emploi conformément à l’annexe ci-jointe, lequel traitement se situe dans l’échelle (179 700 $ - 211 500 $), à compter du 25 septembre 2009.
