Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to section 127.1(1)(a) of the Public Service Employment Act, hereby appoints Andrew Treusch of Ottawa, Ontario, to be Associate Deputy Minister of Public Works and Government Services, to hold office during pleasure, and fixes his salary as set out in the annexed schedule, which salary is within the range ($179,700 - $211,500), effective September 25, 2009.

Sur recommandation du premier ministre et en vertu de l’article 127.1(1)a) de la Loi sur l’emploi dans la fonction publique, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme Andrew Treusch, d’Ottawa (Ontario), au poste de sous-ministre délégué des Travaux publics et des Services gouvernementaux, à titre amovible, et fixe son traitement conformément à l’annexe ci-jointe, lequel traitement se situe dans l’échelle (179 700 $ - 211 500 $), à compter du 25 septembre 2009.
