                     Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Industry, pursuant to sections 3, 6 and 10 of the National Research Council Act, hereby re-appoints René Racine of Mont-St-Hilaire, Quebec, to be a member of the National Research Council of Canada to hold office during pleasure for a term of three years, effective May 30, 2003.

                     Sur recommandation du ministre de l'Industrie et en vertu des articles 3, 6 et 10 de la Loi sur le Conseil national de recherches, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil renouvelle le mandat de René Racine, de Mont-St-Hilaire (Québec), conseiller du Conseil national de recherches du Canada à titre amovible pour une période de trois ans, à compter du 30 mai 2003.
