    Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to section 105 of the Financial Administration Act, hereby fixes the remuneration of the chairperson and the directors of Defence Construction (1951) Limited as set out in the annexed schedule, which remuneration is comprised of a per diem within the range ($200 - $300) and an annual retainer within the range ($6,400 - $7,500) for the chairperson, and a per diem rate within the range ($200 - $300) and an annual retainer within the range ($3,200 - $3,800) for the directors, effective March 5, 2007 .

    Sur recommandation du premier ministre et en vertu de l’article 105 de la Loi sur la gestion des finances publiques, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil fixe la rémunération du président et des administrateurs de Construction de Défense (1951) Limitée conformément à l’annexe ci-jointe, laquelle rémunération est composée d’un taux journalier dans l’échelle (200 $ - 300 $) et d’honoraires annuels dans l’échelle (6 400 $ - 7 500 $) pour le président et d’un taux journalier dans l’échelle (200 $ - 300 $) et d’honoraires annuels dans l’échelle (3 200 $ - 3 800 $) pour les administrateurs, à compter du 5 mars 2007.
