   Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Citizenship and Immigration, pursuant to subsection 26(1) of the Citizenship Act, hereby reappoints Patricia Phenix of Toronto, Ontario, as a citizenship judge for a term of three years on a full-time basis, effective October 30, 2009.

   Sur recommandation du ministre de la Citoyenneté et de l’Immigration et en vertu du paragraphe 26(1) de la Loi sur la citoyenneté, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme de nouveau Patricia Phenix, de Toronto (Ontario), juge de la citoyenneté, pour un mandat de trois ans, à temps plein, à compter du 30 octobre 2009.
