Her Excellency the Governor General in Council,

on the recommendation of the Minister of Citizenship and Immigration, pursuant to subsection 5(4) of the Citizenship Act, hereby authorizes the granting of Canadian citizenship to the person whose name is set out in the annexed schedule.
