   Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport, pursuant to section 3 of the Pilotage Act, hereby approves the appointment

by the Minister of Transport of Michel Desrochers of Candiac, Quebec, as a member of the Great Lakes Pilotage Authority to hold office during pleasure for a term of three years, in the place of Jacques de Villers, effective September 12, 2009.

   Sur recommandation du ministre des Transports et en vertu de l’article 3 de la Loi sur le pilotage, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil approuve la nomination par le ministre des Transports de Michel Desrochers, de Candiac (Québec), membre de l'Administration de pilotage des Grands Lacs, à titre amovible, pour un mandat de trois ans, en remplacement de Jacques de Villers, à compter du 12 septembre 2009.
