   Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport, in consultation with the classes of users mentioned in the letters patent, pursuant to paragraph 14(1)(d) and subsections 14(2) and (3) of the Canada Marine Act, hereby reappoints Léo Cormier of North-Tetagouche, New Brunswick, as a director of the Belledune Port Authority, to hold office for a term of three years, effective October 30, 2009.

   Sur recommandation du ministre des Transports, en consultation avec les catégories d’utilisateurs mentionnés dans les lettres patentes, et en vertu de l’alinéa 14(1)d) et des paragraphes 14(2) et (3) de la Loi maritime du Canada, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil renouvelle le mandat de Léo Cormier, de North-Tetagouche (Nouveau-Brunswick), administrateur de l’Administration portuaire de Belledune, pour une période de trois ans, à compter du 30 octobre 2009.
