   Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport, pursuant to paragraph 14(1)(a) and subsection 14(2) of the Canada Marine Act, hereby reappoints Albert Doucet of Beresford, New Brunswick, as a director of the Belledune Port Authority, to hold office for a term of three years, effective October 30, 2009.

   Sur recommandation du ministre des Transports et en vertu de l’alinéa 14(1)a) et du paragraphe 14(2) de la Loi maritime du Canada, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil renouvelle le mandat d’Albert Doucet, de Beresford (Nouveau-Brunswick), administrateur de l’Administration portuaire de Belledune, pour une période de trois ans, à compter du 30 octobre 2009.
