                     Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Canadian Heritage, pursuant to sections 3 and 4 of the National Arts Centre Act, hereby re-appoints David Leighton of Komoka, Ontario, to be Chairperson of the Board of Trustees of the National Arts Centre Corporation to hold office during pleasure for a term of three years, effective May 4, 2003.

                     Sur recommandation de la ministre du Patrimoine canadien et en vertu des articles 3 et 4 de la Loi sur le Centre national des Arts, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil renouvelle le mandat de David Leighton, de Komoka (Ontario), président du conseil d'administration de la Société du Centre national des Arts à titre amovible pour une période de trois ans, à compter du 4 mai 2003.
