Sur recommandation du ministre de la Justice, le Comité du Conseil privé recommande que

l’honorable Helen M. Pierce, juge de la Cour supérieure de justice de l’Ontario, soit nommée juge principale régionale de la Cour supérieure de justice de l’Ontario pour la région nord-ouest, et juge d’office de la Cour d’appel de l’Ontario, à compter du 31 juillet 2009.

The Committee of the Privy Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Justice, advises that the Honourable Helen M. Pierce, a Judge of the Superior Court of Justice in and for the Province of Ontario, be appointed Regional Senior Judge of the Superior Court of Justice in and for the Province of Ontario for the Northwest Region and a Judge ex officio of the Court of Appeal for Ontario, effective July 31, 2009.
