Sur recommandation du ministre de la Justice, le Comité du Conseil privé recommande que

l’honorable Michael F. Harrington, juge de la Division de première instance de la Cour suprême de Terre-Neuve-et-Labrador, soit nommé juge d’appel de la Cour d’appel de la Cour suprême de Terre-Neuve-et-Labrador, et membre d’office de la Division de première instance de la Cour suprême de Terre-Neuve-et-Labrador, à compter du 1 ^er septembre 2009.

The Committee of the Privy Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Justice, advises that the Honourable Michael F. Harrington, a Judge of the Trial Division of the Supreme Court of Newfoundland and Labrador, be appointed a Judge of Appeal of the Court of Appeal of the Supreme Court of Newfoundland and Labrador, and a member ex officio of the Trial Division of the Supreme Court of Newfoundland and Labrador, effective September 1, 2009.
