                     Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport, pursuant to section 105 of the Financial Administration Act, hereby approves the appointment by the Minister of Transport of the following persons as directors of the Board of Directors of Ridley Terminals Inc., to hold office during pleasure, for a term of three years:

                     Rhoda R. Witherly

                     Prince Rupert, British Columbia

                     in the place of Vincent Arimare, whose term

                       has expired

                     William J. Smith

                     Prince Rupert, British Columbia

                     in the place of Raymond Clarence Jones, whose

                       term has expired

                     Sur recommandation du ministre des Transports et en vertu de l’article 105 de la Loi sur la gestion des finances publiques, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil approuve la nomination par le ministre des Transports des personnes suivantes, administrateurs du conseil d’administration de Ridley Terminals Inc., à titre amovible, pour un mandat de trois ans :

                     en remplacement de Vincent Arimare, dont

                       le mandat a pris fin
