Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Justice and the Minister of National Defence, pursuant to subsection 234(2) of the National Defence Act, hereby appoints the following judges as Judges of the Court Martial Appeal Court of Canada:

(a) the Honourable Alexandre Deschênes of the
Court of Appeal of New Brunswick;

(b) the Honourable J. Douglas Cunningham of the
Superior Court of Justice in and for the Province of Ontario;

(c) the Honourable Guy Cournoyer of the
Superior Court of Quebec;

(d) the Honourable Douglas N. Abra of the
Court of Queen’s Bench for Manitoba.

Sur recommandation du ministre de la Justice et du ministre de la Défense nationale et en vertu du paragraphe 234(2) de la Loi sur la défense nationale, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme les juges ci-après juges de la Cour d'appel de la cour martiale du Canada :

a) l’honorable Alexandre Deschênes de la
Cour d’appel du Nouveau-Brunswick;

b) l’honorable J. Douglas Cunningham de la
Cour supérieure de justice de l’Ontario;

c) l’honorable Guy Cournoyer de la
Cour supérieure du Québec;

d) l’honorable Douglas N. Abra de la
Cour du Banc de la Reine du Manitoba.
