Whereas by Order in Council P.C. 2008-1666 of September 5, 2008, the lands described in Schedule II to that Order were set apart, in accordance with the Salt River First Nation Treaty Land Entitlement Settlement Agreement, dated June 22, 2002 for the use and benefit of the Salt River First Nation as the Salt River First Nation Indian Reserve No. 195 in the Northwest Territories;

And whereas a clerical error occurred in the legal descriptions listed in Schedule II to Order in Council P.C. 2008-1666 of September 5, 2008;

Therefore, Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Indian Affairs and Northern Development replaces Schedule II Community Lots to Order in Council P.C. 2008-1666 of September 5, 2008, with the attached Schedule II to reflect the correct Canada Lands Surveys Records Plan numbers.

Attendu que par le décret C.P. 2008-1666 du 5 septembre 2008, les terres visées à l’annexe II de ce décret ont été mises de côté, conformément à l’Entente sur le règlement de la revendication issue d’un traité de la Première Nation Salt River daté du 22 juin 2002, à l’usage et au profit de la Première Nation Salt River, pour constituer la réserve indienne n^o 195 de la Première nation de Salt River, dans les Territoires du Nord-Ouest;

Attendu qu’une erreur d’écriture s’est produite dans la désignation cadastrale à l’annexe II du même décret,

À ces causes, sur recommandation du ministre des Affaires indiennes et du Nord canadien, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil remplace l’annexe II des lots communautaires du décret C.P. 2008-1666 du 5 septembre 2008, avec l’annexe II ci-jointe, afin de refléter les numéros d’enregistrements exacts des Archives d’arpentage des terres du Canada.
