Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Finance, pursuant to subsection 49.5(9) of the Customs Tariff, hereby makes the annexed CPFTA Sugar Aggregate Quantity Limit Order.

Sur recommandation du ministre des Finances et en vertu du paragraphe 49.5(9) du Tarif des douanes, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil prend le Décret limitant la quantité globale des sucres – ALÉCP, ci-après.
