   Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Citizenship and Immigration, pursuant to paragraph 159(1)(c) of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act, hereby approves the assignment of Alexander George Johnstone of Montréal, Quebec, a full-time member of the Immigration and Refugee Board (Montréal Regional Office), to the Ottawa Regional Office of the Immigration and Refugee Board, effective August 1, 2009.

   Sur recommandation du ministre de la Citoyenneté et de l’Immigration et en vertu de l’alinéa 159(1)c) de la Loi sur l’immigration et la protection des réfugiés, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil autorise l’affectation de Alexander George Johnstone, de Montréal (Québec), commissaire à temps plein de la Commission de l’immigration et du statut de réfugié (Bureau régional de Montréal), au bureau régional d’Ottawa de la Commission de l’immigration et du statut de réfugié, à compter du 1^er août 2009.
