   Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport, after consultation with the board of directors of Ridley Terminals Inc., pursuant to sections 105 and 108 of the Financial Administration Act, hereby appoints Stuart Douglas Boland Smith of Kamloops, British Columbia, to be Chairperson of Ridley Terminals Inc., to hold office during pleasure until such time as a new Chairperson is appointed, and fixes his remuneration as set out in the annexed schedule, which remuneration is comprised of a per diem within the range ($160 - $250) and an annual retainer within the range ($5,100 - $6,000).

   Sur recommandation du ministre des Transports, après consultation du conseil d’administration de Ridley Terminals Inc., et en vertu des articles 105 et 108 de la Loi sur la gestion des finances publiques, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme Stuart Douglas Boland Smith, de Kamloops (Colombie-Britannique), président de Ridley Terminals Inc., à titre amovible, jusqu’à ce qu’un nouveau président soit nommé, et fixe sa rémunération conformément à l’annexe ci-jointe, laquelle est composée d’une rémunération à un taux journalier dans l’échelle (160 $ - 250 $) et d’honoraires annuels dans l’échelle (5 100 $ - 6 000 $).
