Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the President of the Treasury Board, pursuant to section 28 of the Financial Administration Act, hereby orders that a warrant be prepared to be signed by the Governor General authorizing expenditures to be charged against the appropriation granting to Her Majesty the sums of money to defray expenses of the federal public administration for the fiscal year ending on March 31, 2010, as set forth in Appropriation Act No. 1, 2009-10.

Sur recommandation du président du Conseil du Trésor et en vertu de l’article 28 de la Loi sur la gestion des finances publiques, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil ordonne que soit établi, pour la signature de la gouverneure générale, un mandat autorisant l’imputation de dépenses sur les crédits portant octroi de fonds à Sa Majesté pour le financement de l’administration publique fédérale au cours de l’exercice se terminant le 31 mars 2010, conformément aux dispositions de la Loi de crédits n^o 1 pour 2009-2010.
