   Sur recommandation du ministre de la Justice et en vertu du paragraphe 3(2)a) de la Loi sur le Tribunal de la concurrence, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme par les présentes l’honorable Eleanor Ruth Dawson, juge de la Cour fédérale, membre du Tribunal de la concurrence pour un mandat de cinq ans.

Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Justice, pursuant to
subsection 3(2)(a) of the Competition Tribunal Act, hereby appoints the Honourable Eleanor Ruth Dawson, a Judge of the Federal Court, a member of the Competition Tribunal, to hold office for a term of
five years.
