Sur recommandation du ministre de la Justice, le Comité du Conseil privé recommande que Cindy A. Bourgeois, de la ville d’Amherst dans la province de la Nouvelle-Écosse, une avocate, soit nommée juge de la Cour suprême de la Nouvelle-Écosse, et juge d’office de la Cour d’appel de la Nouvelle-Écosse.

The Committee of the Privy Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Justice, advises that
Cindy A. Bourgeois, of the Town of Amherst, in the Province of
Nova Scotia, Barrister-at-law, be appointed a Judge of the Supreme Court of Nova Scotia, and a Judge ex officio of the Nova Scotia Court of Appeal.
